5-Year Limited Warranty

At Eroutemobility.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. Most Eroutemobility products purchased on or after January 1, 2024, include the following warranty package:

Eroutemobility will repair or replace any defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship at no charge for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover component failure due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper maintenance.

This warranty does not apply to parts or damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications. It provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or province to province.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To promote sustainability and reduce waste, we have embraced a paperless warranty process. To initiate warranty service, simply contact us directly at info@eroutemobility.com or call us at +1 (407) 768-4018. Provide your order number, shipping address, email, phone number, and the name of the product purchased to begin the warranty process.

  1. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims (e.g., order number, shipping details, and product name).
  2. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your location.
Attention:
  • Upon initiating the warranty process, a dedicated customer service representative will guide you through the steps and provide one-on-one professional assistance.
  • If your eligible product is found to have defects in materials or workmanship within the first 5 years of ownership, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers all parts, frames, and accessories of products sold by Eroutemobility.com as follows:

  • Full coverage of parts and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.*
  • Coverage for the frame and motor of the product for a period of 5 years at no cost to the customer (accessories not included).
  • *The battery life guarantee is 6 months.
What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Eroute does not warrant any of the items that may require replacement due to normal wear and tear of everyday use.
  • Shipping costs associated with repair services.
  • Damage caused by shipping, mishandling, or improper installation.
  • Modifications, misuse, neglect, vandalism, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Environmental damage such as rust, corrosion, sand, mud, storms, fire, floods, or earthquakes.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading, Velcro or zipper failure, or foam cushion changes.
  • Softening or hardening of foam materials, variations in fabric patterns or leather graining.
  • Damage caused by animals, stains, spills, mildew, or other unsanitary conditions.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
